Plan routes

Build, send, Needs you, lanes, stop tools.

1. 1 Open Plan routes

   Goal: Open today's or tomorrow's dispatch plan workspace.

   When: Building or editing the day plan.

   Path: Dashboard → Plan routes or Tomorrow's plan Open

   Result: Plan workspace with lanes or empty Build CTA.

   1. From Dashboard tap Plan routes, or Tomorrow's plan … Open (click Open on the right).
   2. Confirm Ask assistant, Dump sites, More, Lanes/Map are visible.
   3. If empty, tap Build plan and wait for the solver.

2. 2 Send / publish the plan

   Goal: Push routes to drivers or send deltas.

   When: After build or edits.

   Path: Plan → Send

   Result: Drivers receive routes; send state updates on lanes.

   1. Tap Send to drivers / Send routes or Send N changes.
   2. Review Publish review warnings (no dump site, conflicts, reassignments).
   3. Confirm send.
   4. Use More → Re-solve or Rebuild from scratch if the plan is wrong.

3. 3 Clear Needs you

   Goal: Place day-off strand, pick drivers for unassigned, open late stops.

   When: When Needs you shows cards.

   Path: Plan → Needs you

   Result: Needs you reduced or cleared.

   1. Scroll to Needs you.
   2. Day-off → Place stops.
   3. Unassigned → Pick driver (read reason).
   4. Late → Open the stop.

4. 4 Use stop tools on a lane

   Goal: Lock, move, unassign, change dump, or remove a stop.

   When: Editing a published or draft plan.

   Path: Plan → Lanes → tap stop

   Result: Lane updates; may require Send N changes.

   1. Select Lanes.
   2. Tap a stop time row.
   3. Use Why this stop?, Lock/Unlock, Move to another driver, Unassign, Change dump site, Remove from today.
