Dispatch settings

Service minutes, shifts, automation tiers.

1. 1 Configure Dispatch settings

   Goal: Set rush, service minutes, shifts, and automation authority tiers.

   When: Tuning solver/monitor behavior.

   Path: Account → Dispatch settings

   Result: Dispatch policy persisted for monitor/solver.

   1. Open Account → Dispatch settings.
   2. Set same-day/rush options if offered.
   3. Set service minutes: yard load, deliver, pickup, dump, swap.
   4. Set re-sequence savings threshold.
   5. Under Shifts add/edit templates (start–end, days, break); set default.
   6. For each automation action choose Automatic, Suggest, or Human only.
   7. Save.
