Add bins

Create units with serials, condition, and location.

1. 1 Add bins to the fleet

   Goal: Create one or more physical units with serials, optional fees, condition, location, and photo.

   When: Receiving new inventory or expanding a size.

   Path: Bins & Trucks → Bins → Add bin

   Result: New units appear under that size; yard bins get grid placement for Fleet map.

   1. On Inventory tap Add bin.
   2. Choose Bin size and Quantity (1–50).
   3. Set Serial prefix (default BIN); confirm Next serial preview is unique.
   4. Optional Pricing block: Price / day, Included days, Delivery fee, Pickup fee.
   5. Set Condition: New, Good, Fair, or Needs repair.
   6. Under Location choose At yard, Current GPS, or Enter address then Find.
   7. Optional: Manufacture date, Notes, Add photo (Take photo / Choose from library).
   8. Tap Add to inventory and wait for success.
