How refunds, pickup changes, and unused rental time are handled on DropHaulIt bookings.

Marketplace bookings
Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel, whether the bin has been delivered, supplier policies for that offer, and whether fees (delivery, overweight, wait time) have already been incurred.
Before delivery
If you cancel before the supplier is dispatched, you may receive a full or partial refund of prepaid amounts, minus any non-refundable processing fees disclosed at checkout.
After delivery
Once a bin is on site, rental and service charges generally apply. Early pickup does not automatically refund unused days unless the offer states otherwise. Overweight and contamination fees are billed per the supplier’s posted terms.
How to request a refund
Contact [email protected] with your order ID. We coordinate with the supplier where needed. This draft will be replaced with final policy language before launch.
