Bin pricing

All pricing rate cards and overweight policy.

1. 1 Open All pricing

   Goal: Edit rate cards for every bin size and the provider overweight policy.

   When: First-time setup, price changes, or turning weigh-in on/off.

   Path: Bins & Trucks → Bins → All pricing

   Result: Bin pricing sheet is open with sizes and Save all pricing.

   1. On Inventory, tap All pricing (or Set up pricing if empty).
   2. Read the overweight toggle at the top: Charge for weight over the included tonnage.
   3. Leave it on if drivers weigh in and office reviews tickets; turn off if sales complete at yard-return scan with no Weights queue.
   4. Scroll the list of sizes; each row can expand.

2. 2 Edit one size's rate card

   Goal: Set base fee, included days, extensions, weight limits, materials, and whether the size is offered.

   When: Changing customer-facing price for a yard size (e.g. 20 Yard).

   Path: All pricing → expand size

   Result: That size's summary on Inventory updates after save.

   1. In Bin pricing, expand a size (e.g. 20 Yard).
   2. If the size should not appear to customers, use Not offered to customers.
   3. Under Rental fee set Base rental fee ($) and Days included in base fee.
   4. Optionally enable Unlimited rental time, or set Additional 7-day extension ($).
   5. Under Weight limits set Max weight included (tons), or Unlimited weight; otherwise set Overage fee per ton ($).
   6. Under Allowed materials select what customers may place in this bin.
   7. Tap Save all pricing and confirm Bin pricing saved.
