Bin labels

Print PDF labels or export CSV for Sticker Mule.

1. 1 Open Bin labels

   Goal: Print 3 inch QR labels or export CSV for Sticker Mule.

   When: New inventory or replacing damaged stickers.

   Path: Bins & Trucks → Bins → QR icon

   Result: Label sheet lists bins with filters and print actions.

   1. On Inventory tap the QR icon (Bin labels).
   2. Read Print in-house or order weatherproof stickers.
   3. Each label is a 3 inch QR with the serial underneath.

2. 2 Select bins and print or download PDF

   Goal: Produce label PDFs for selected serials.

   When: After filters show the bins you need.

   Path: Bin labels → select → Print / Download PDF

   Result: PDF printed/downloaded; Mark printed stamps labelPrintedAt.

   1. Optionally tap Unlabelled (N) or a size filter.
   2. Tap Select all shown or tap individual rows.
   3. Tap Download PDF or Print labels.
   4. After stickers are applied, tap Mark printed so Unlabelled shrinks.

3. 3 Export CSV and order from Sticker Mule

   Goal: Send variable QR data to Sticker Mule for weatherproof outdoor stickers.

   When: You prefer vendor-printed vinyl over in-house sheets.

   Path: Bin labels → CSV → Order from Sticker Mule

   Result: External order placed; app tracks printed state after Mark printed.

   1. Select the bins to order.
   2. Tap CSV to export codes.
   3. Tap Order from Sticker Mule to open the vendor QR sticker product page.
   4. Upload the CSV per Sticker Mule variable-data flow; use 3 inch+ outdoor vinyl.
   5. When stickers arrive and are applied, return here and Mark printed.
