KPIs, needs attention, plan CTAs, suggestions.

1. 1 Read today's Dashboard

   Goal: See KPIs, needs attention, plan CTAs, and suggestions.

   When: Start of shift / after login.

   Path: Dashboard

   Result: You know what needs action before leaving Dashboard.

   1. Open Dashboard from the shell.
   2. Read Deliveries / Pickups / Unassigned / On the road and week metrics.
   3. Scroll Needs attention and act on each row (assign, weights, offline payment).
   4. Use Tomorrow's plan Build/Open, Plan routes, Fleet map, Weights, Add Driver/Bin, HR shortcuts.
   5. Review suggestion cards — Why / Apply / Dismiss.

   Apply/Dismiss/Why — clear these first so KPIs stay visible

2. 2 Open the full suggestion inbox

   Goal: Work every pending dispatch suggestion.

   When: When the dashboard shows multiple cards or View all.

   Path: Dashboard → suggestions → inbox

   Result: Inbox cleared or reduced; Dashboard readable again.

   1. When cards appear under Suggestions, read the title and short reason.
   2. Tap Why for the full rationale if needed.
   3. Tap Apply to accept the proposed action, or Dismiss to clear the card.
   4. Clear the stack so Dashboard KPIs and Tomorrow's plan are visible again.
   5. Use Undo within the undo window if you misfire.
